This wrankles a lot of people, but I usually drop 2 days on people that do the following:
"WHOAH HOLY PICKLE BURGLING
: not caps"
Because they're acknowledging that they're AWARE of the no-caps rule, but still fully violate the line about smart assing around the rules.
I just want to say I agree with all of that, and that's pretty much how I roll too.
