You're not supposed to have an account if you're under 13. When you sign up it asks you. I would suggest waiting out the ban, then just never calling attention to the fact. If you manage to post well, people may not notice.

You can PM me with offenders. If they're just saying it arbitrarily then they can count on a ban. Personally I think that trend is on the downhill in General, but that's only from my perspective.

But wait! i remember seeing a mod rickrolling in a topic, (postinfg a link to rickroll and pretending it was something else), i cant find the link, but it was a topic about the hidden forums (id 9, 11 and 12) it was not that big of a deal, but what if a mod breaks a rule?
Depends. Make sure you attend to the context. If it was blatant, you might want to PM the mod and ask why... or PM another mod... usually infractions on the team's part are few are far between.
Also i like how you never seem to get mad at the trolls on some of the news comments. It is like you can own "them" without expressing any anger.
I don't think I've ever achieved what can be considered "anger" on the BBS. Pity, empathy, joy, happiness... but not anger. Mild frustration and exasperation is as close as any sane being should get to online >:(.
